What is Engage Telehealth Advisory Group?
Engage Telehealth is a proprietary healthcare solution providing access to Teladoc.
How much will it cost when I use Teladoc?
There is no Copay or Consultation Fee for physician consultations for subscribers through Engage Telehealth. All general medical consultations are FREE OF CHARGE regardless of the number of calls, provided that your membership is currently active. Members will be responsible for the cost of prescription if a doctor provides medication. In addition to Teladoc, members can take advantage of all of the discount programs. Fees may apply to other services included in your subscription
Are ongoing conditions included?
Since Teladoc is NOT INSURANCE, there are no exclusions or restrictions for pre-existing conditions and all ongoing conditions are accepted.
How long must I wait before using services?
Teladoc services will be available the day following your enrollment. You will recieve an email with instructions for completing your medical profile with Teladoc.
How do I access Teladoc services?
You will receive an email on the day following your enrollment with instructions for completing your Teladoc account setup. You can access Teladoc by calling 1-800-Teladoc or via the Teladoc smartphone app or through your computer at Teladoc.com.
Are other family members covered under my account?
Teladoc and our additional services are available to your household. Your spouse and any dependents under the age of 30 are included in your subscription.
What is the Engage Telehealth cancellation policy?
You may cancel your Engage Telehealth membership at any time, and for any reason. Simply notify us that you want to cancel your membership using the contact information at the bottom of this page.
What is the Engage Telehealth refund policy?
You may request a refund of your initial payment provided that you cancel your service within 15 days of your initial payment and have not used any of the Engage Telehealth services. Cancellation request should be sent via email to the contact information at the bottom of this page. Refunds will be made either by crediting or cancelling the initial payment method used. No refund will be issued for any payment after 15 days from the time of the initial payment or if you use any of the Engage Telehealth services.
